			Curly Coated retriever Curly-Coated Retriever is recognized as one of the oldest of the retrieving breeds and the curly coat is the most distinguishing characteristic from any other of any other of the breed. The breed standard allow 2 kinds of color: black and brown. There are 4 black-coloured Curly-Coated Retrievers in Slovakia: 2 bitches: Megi, Orika and 2 dogs: Tardy and Alkamen. There was recorded the 1st litter of this breed in Slovakia, in 2003, when 3 beautiful puppies were born: 1 black coloured dog and 2 bitches: one black, the other brown.
